Estelle Olivia is a Brooklyn based actor, writer, producer, and artist. They were raised in Michigan and Vietnam and trained as an actor and playwright in New York and London. Their play Picket Fence People was published in The Best American Short Plays 2018-2019 from Applause Books.
Hailed as a “doe eyed… creepy presence” by the NY Times, Estelle brings larger than life characters to the stage and screen with authenticity and sensitivity.
They have written and performed in immersive shows with audiences as large as 75 and as intimate as 5. Their latest pursuit has been creating a Haunted Mansion themed vacation rental and producing the ARG for an award winning audio drama.
Estelle is also a creative consultant and sensitivity reader, helping clients see their novels, one person shows, and scripts through to completion.
Estelle has a BA from Mount Holyoke College and and MFA from the Actors Studio Drama School. They are a member of the Dramatists Guild.

Bitter Sweet

Estelle wrote Bitter Sweet based on a concept by Aaron Salazar, the director of Poseidon Theatre Co and will be performing this solo show to intimate audiences of no more than five.

Estelle's new play Fond at Best will receive a workshop production in a historic officers house on Governor's Island. Estelle will also appear in a workshop of Kendra Mittermeyer's new play Whiches.
